Old Fashioned

Description

Old Fashioned was an evolution of the Whiskey Cocktail and Red Hen Barrel Aged Gin is a perfect replacement for a whiskey bringing its own subtle botanic flavours

Ingredients

• 60ml Barrel Age Gin
• 10ml brown sugar syrup
• 2 dash orange bitters

Method

• Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass
• Stir for 15 seconds
• Strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with an orange twist
