Ruby Tuesday Strawberry Gin is an offspring of Ultra Violet—our butterfly pea gin blended with ingredients of meadowsweet, cassia and lingonberry. From this base we infused organic local strawberries and vanilla, giving rise to a fresh, sweet gin.
