Ruby Tuesday Southside

Description

Our Ruby Tuesday Southside is one of those classic cocktails that were extremely popular nearly 100 years ago with its origins going back to Al Capone

Ingredients

• 45 ml Ruby Tuesday Strawberry Gin
• 30ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml yellow chartreuse
• 15ml honey water
• Dash of bitters
• 1 strawberry whole
• Garnish black pepper

Method

• Add a strawberry to the shaker, and lightly muddle.
• Add all ingredients into the shaker
• shake vigorously with ice, approx 10-15 secs
• Garnish with black pepper-rimmed glass
• Double Strain into glass
