Strawberry Basil Smash

Sweet and aromatic, our Strawbery Basil Smash recipe is a stunner and a perfect way to enjoy the summer breeze.

Ingredients

• 60ml Ruby Tuesday
• 30ml lime juice
• 15 ml simple syrup
• Strawberry and 5-6 basil leaves

Method

• Muddle strawberry and 4-5 basil leaves in a cocktail shaker
• Pour gin, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker and shake for 15-20 seconds
• Strain into glass
• Garnish with basil
