Red Hen Tom Collins

Description

This Tom Collins recipe works perfectly with Red Hen’s Classic Dry Gin. The original recipe is credited to John Collins, a bartender at Limmer’s Hotel in London

Ingredients

• 60ml Red Hen Classic Dry Gin
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 20ml simple syrup
• 90ml soda (top up)

Method

• Build the drink over plenty of ice in a Collins glass
• Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon.
