Classic Negroni

Description

Invented in 1919 by Count Camillo Negroni in Florence, Italy, the Negroni is actually a variation on another classic cocktail, the Americano.  It can only be made better with Red Hen Classic Dry Gin

Ingredients

• 30ml Red Hen Classic Dry Gin
• 30ml Sweet vermouth
• 30ml Campari
• Dash of orange bitters
• Orange twist

Method

• Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice, and stir for 15 seconds
• Strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with an orange wedge
