Martini

Description

The classic Martini – The classic mix of Red Hen Classic Dry Gin and dry vermouth with a green olive or lemon twist, sophisticated drinking.

Ingredients

• 70ml Classic Dry Gin
• 15ml Dry Vermouth
• Green olive or lemon twist for garnish

Method

• In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin and vermouth.
• Stir well, about 30 seconds, then strain into a martini glass.
• Garnish with an olive or lemon twist and serve.
