Ultra Violet Southside

Description

Our Ultra Violet Southside is a take on a classic cocktail that were extremely popular nearly 100 years ago with its origins going back to Al Capone

Ingredients

• 60ml Ultra Violet Dry Gin
• 30ml lime juice
• 15ml simple syrup
• 6 mint leaves
• Garnish: mint leaf

Method:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake vigorously
• Double strain into glass
• Garnish with a mint leaf
