Red Hen Violet Gin Fizz is a masterpiece of a cocktail that will have your mouth watering for more. Fruity, fizzy and creamy this cocktail tastes as it looks, amazing!
- 60ml Red Hen Ultra Violet Dry Gin
- 30ml of pineapple juice
- 30ml of egg white
- 15ml of cream
- 15ml of full cream milk
- 15ml of Lemon Juice
- 15ml of 2:1 simple syrup
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- Top with soda
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail maker, except the soda water.
- To ensure you get a nice foam, shake without ice for 10-15 seconds then add ice and shake vigorously until you can’t shake no more.
- Add soda water to a highball glass (approx. 30ml) and then strain ingredients from the cocktail maker. Let it settle and top it with soda as required.
